Scott Colomby (born September 19, 1952) is an American movie and television actor. He is best known for his role in Caddy Shack and Porky’s. He’s an acting coach in LA and plays in a blues band on the weekends. He has been active in the industries since the 1960s.
Scott Colomby Bio: Early Life and Education
Colomby was born in Brooklyn, New York. His family later moved to southern California where he attended the famous Beverly Hills High School.
After graduation, he entered Immaculate Heart majoring in Theatre and decided to make acting his career.

Colomby made his first debut when he was 13 on day time soap opera Days of Our Life. About 10 years later he starred in The Proud Rider.
As he continued playing, he started appearing in many movies and tv shows, including Room 222, Ironside, Phyllis, The Streets of San Francisco, Baretta, Charlie’s Angels.
Colomby had roles in Sons & Daughters and the soap opera parody Mary Hartman. In addition, he starred in Szysznyk with Ned Beatty and appeared in many episodes of One Day at a Time. He played in 4 more movies till 1985 including Caddyshack and Porky’s.
Colomby is still active in the acting industry but has rarely appeared since the 1990s.
Scott Colomby Personal Life, Girlfriend and Divorce
Scott dated many beautiful women throughout his life including Valerie Bertinelli. They met each other in 1977, at a script of Barbara Plus Two. Scott, 24 years old at the time, made her fall in love at first sight.
Valerie tried many ways to show her affection towards Scott but in vain. After that, she wrote the lyrics of a beautiful song that caught Scott’s heart. The result was a date in the coffee shop which according to Scott was wonderful.
Similarly, they went on a lot of dates and visited many places, and spend their quality time together including going to movies and antique shops on weekends.
Valerie used to do drugs before dating Scott but he helped her out of it.
But it did not last long as Valerie suspected Scott was getting close with his co-star Cindy Morgan and the couple broke up. She started dating Eddie Van Halen, they got married in 1981. Valerie started doing drugs again.
